Ange Postecoglou has delivered a hardline warning to his Tottenham players that it's his way or the highway in North London.

The former Celtic boss revealed his no-compromises approach in an interview with 60 Minutes Australia.

In the trailer for the upcoming episode, Postecoglou describes his journey to Spurs as a "miracle" before dishing out the details of his demands at his new club.

The Spurs boss quips "What makes you think I'm a nice guy?" in the short preview after being quizzed on his uncompromising stance.

In the teaser video, Postecoglou comments: "I can't promise it is going to be a smooth ride, I can't promise that there won't be some bumps along the way.

Then, asked if it is his way or the highway and branded a nice guy, he responds: "What makes you think I'm a nice guy? It has to be [my way or the highway]."

Elsewhere in the show, Postecoglou comments: "Every club I have left on the back of success. 

"A boy from the suburbs of Melbourne, ends up as a Premier League manager; that's a Hollywood script.

"Me sitting here right now is probably the biggest miracle you'll ever come across."

It comes as Postecoglou is set to sit down with Harry Kane to discuss where the club has gone astray and how to correct the issue - as well as the matter of transfer interest from Bayern Munich in the striker.

In his first press conference earlier this week, Postecoglou said: "I don't think it's my role to sit there and sort of treat people in a manner because of their circumstances. 

"I'm really big on treating everyone the same. Harry is someone who has already entrenched themselves in the history of this football club and he's very important."

And discussing his priorities at his new club, he added: "In terms of the squad, the reason I'm here is because the club is seeking change. Change in direction, change in the way that we do things. That usually transpires in a change of personnel with the squad. 

"Within that context, my role at the minute is to deal with what's in front of me and the certainties that I have, also knowing that there are going to be many uncertainties. 

"I'm trying to tick off, one by one, the path forward for us. What are squad is going to look like may take a little while."
