The odds on Celtic winning another domestic treble this season have been slashed - after just one match.

Brendan Rodgers' side had been priced at 10/1 to repeat the feat and claim the Scottish Premiership title, Scottish Cup and Viaplay Cup this season.

However, Betfair have slashed the odds to 8/1 after just one match this season.

Ahead of the league curtain-raiser against Ross County, Celtic had been at longer odds to complete a domestic treble.

But following the 4-2 win at Parkhead - and Rangers' defeat to Kilmarnock - Celtic are now down to 8/1 and made more likely for a treble by the oddsmaker.

Celtic are overwhelmingly odds-on to lift at least one trophy this season being priced at 1/8.

And similarly, the bookies have made it an outside shot that Celtic don't win any silverware, priced at 9/2 not to win anything.

Across the city, Rangers are at long odds to win a treble at 17/1 to complete a domestic sweep of silverware.

Michael Beale's side are 8/5 not to win any trophies in his first full season in charge at Ibrox.
