Rangers have appointed American investor John Halsted as a director of RIFC plc.
The club confirmed the appointment in a statement this morning.
Halsted first invested in Rangers through his family's holding company, Perron Investments LLC, in 2021.

Halsted has over 30 years of experience in private equity and is currently based in Wyoming.
He has worked as a chief investment officer, president and managing partner at Pamplona Capital Partners - a company he founded that works across the life sciences, energy, industrial, technology and retail sectors.
