Paulo Bernardo refused to talk Celtic after his starring role in Portugal under-21s' 3-0 win over Andorra.
The loan signing from Benfica could make his debut for Brendan Rodgers' side against Dundee at the weekend after signing on the dotted line on the final day of the transfer window.
But the 21-year-old wasn't in any mood to open up on the opening chapters in his new life in Scotland.
Asked directly about his move to Glasgow and his team's showing, he showed he's a man of singular focus, refusing to discuss Celtic and demanding the conversation remain on international football.
Bernardo told reporters: "I'm in the selection, the questions have to be from the selection.
"We are Portugal and we always want more. We won 3-0.
"It was a comfortable result, but we can do better. We will try to do better in the next game.”
