Rangers striker Danilo reportedly suffered a suspected compound fracture in the match against St Johnstone.
The Brazilian attacker was taken off in the first half seconds after scoring the opener for his side in Perth.
Danilo was checked on the pitch after the nasty accidental collision with St Johnstone captain Liam Gordon.

The striker did not require a stretcher to leave the pitch as he walked off with the assistance of medical staff. Gordon too, thankfully, left the pitch of his own accord.
However, Sky Sports commentator Ian Crocker provided an update on Danilo stating the striker had been taken to hospital for further treatment.
He explained that the striker had suffered a suspected compound fracture as a result of the clash of heads in the first half.
Danilo - who wanted to continue - was replaced by Abdallah Sima just minutes after heading home from James Tavernier's cross on 16 minutes. Gordon was subbed off for Sam McClelland.
