A Celtic player has been accused of driving a car while using his mobile phone.
Alexandro Bernabei, 23, allegedly used the device while behind the wheel in Bearsden, East Dunbartonshire, on November 8 2022.
Court papers state Bernabei "did drive" a Mercedes A 200 "when using a mobile phone."
Bernabei, of the city's Hyndland, did not attend a hearing on Thursday at Glasgow's Justice of the Peace court.
The Argentinian national's case was continued without plea.
The case will return to court at the end of this month.
