Cameron Carter-Vickers is reportedly "wanted" by West Ham, Nottingham Forrest and Brentford.

This is according to the Daily Record who claim that the Celtic defender has been "monitored by the Premier League trio throughout the season".

Carter-Vickers joined the Hoops from Tottenham in the summer of 2022 on a five-year deal after a successful loan spell.

The Scottish champions paid £6million for the American international and it while it would take a bid much higher than that fee for Parkhead chiefs to come to the table, the report also claims the club are "bracing themselves for a bid".

Carter-Vickers has lifted five trophies during his time in Glasgow as he thrived under Ange Postecoglou.

Injuries have reduced his game time this season and he is currently out of action after sustaining a knock against Dundee on Boxing Day.

Meanwhile, Celtic are keen on a loan move for Liverpool defender Owen Beck, according to a report.

However, it seems any potential deal is very much in the hands of the Premier League giants at this stage.

Football Scotland states that while Brendan Rodgers' side are keen on Beck, who spent the first half of the season on loan at fellow Premiership side Dundee, they'll have to wait until Liverpool's two first-choice left-backs, Andy Robertson and Kostas Tsimikas, return from injury.

It's expected that the left-sided defensive duo will be back in full training by the end of January.

The Reds recalled Beck from his impressive loan stint at Dens Park for cover, with Jurgen Klopp feeling his team were short in that area.

So, the report suggests Celtic will have to play the waiting game to discover whether or not Liverpool will allow him to return north of the border for a second loan to Scotland.

It is thought that a loan move to the lower leagues of England could be preferable for Beck's development, though, with Greg Taylor still very much first pick at left-back for Celtic.
