Former Rangers striker Alfredo Morelos will remain at Santos after signing a new deal under the club's "adapted salary policy".
The forward, 27, could have left the club after relegation from the top-flight last season through a contract clause.
Morelos had a break clause in his deal which would allow him to leave after the relegation, however, the Colombian chose to stay with the team.
The former Ibrox striker followed fellow players Tomas Rincon, Joao Paulo and Julio Furch in agreeing to a new deal under the new salary policy at Santos.
It means Morelos agreed to limit his wages from his previous deal - worth a reported £40,000 per week - with the team falling out of the top-flight for the first time in the history of the club.
Morelos' deal will see him remain at the club for the 2024 season as he aims to fire the club to promotion after a nightmare campaign last season.

A club statement on X, formerly Twitter, read: "EL BÚFALO CONTINUES!
"Following the example of Tomás Rincón, João Paulo, and Julio Furch, striker Alfredo Morelos also adapted to the salary policy that has been implemented by the new management and will remain at Santos Futebol Clube in 2024.
"An idol at Rangers, in Scotland, Morelos scored 125 goals and distributed 32 assists in 269 games played, becoming Scottish and national cup champion.
"Furthermore, the athlete is the third highest scorer in the history of the Europa League, with 32 goals."
