Celtic have reportedly opened contract talks with Liam Scales.
It's claimed Parkhead chiefs are finally round the table with Scales' representatives over a long-term contract in Glasgow.
The centre-back, 25, is currently due to be out of contract in the summer of next year, 2025.
However, it's now reported all parties are discussing fresh terms at the club after Scales' emergence into the first team this season.
The Daily Record also reports Celtic are in talks with Rocco Vata over a four year deal to stay at the club.

On January 25, Scales had commented: "There’s been nothing really of note, it's been quiet enough.
"I’m sure that if it happens my agent will be dealing with that and I’ll be playing my games."
Last month, Rodgers had said: “I believe the club is in talks with Liam’s agent and he’s really happy because he’s playing.
"I’m sure that will get sorted out in due course. It’s been an amazing story for him.
“Getting our business done early is something that’s important for us but it’s never straightforward in January trying to get good players in.
"Sometimes you can be working on something for three or four months then it changes.
"We know what we want to do over the course of January and the summer and I’m sure we’ll get them in quickly.”
