The Celtic away kit 2024/25 lands today, with next season's hoops already available to buy having also featured heavily during the club's now concluded USA Tour.

The Celtic third kit for the season ahead remains as yet unveiled, but with manufacturer Adidas seemingly applying a more retro feel to its third kit rollout this year, eager fans are conjuring some weird and wonderful concept iterations.

As we've already seen from the leaked Manchester United third kit for 2024/25, the Adidas Originals trefoil logo is being applied here (as opposed to the familiar tri-stripe Adidas Equipment branding), which offers an extra layer of retro aesthetic.

Popular custom kit creator site FIFA Kit Creator is full of inventive fan-made designs for the upcoming Celtic third kit, but one special creation from user Ccc123 has grabbed our attention.

As teased in the header image above, this concept kit boasts a shiny bottle green base colour palette with flashes of foil material gold used for the top's oversized Celtic crest, its Dafabet sponsor, and, as previously mentioned, the retro-inspired Adidas trefoil logo.

Stitched as an underlayer is the Celtic knot design that features on the new home top's collar.

Again, the level of invention and creative thinking that goes into these fan-made designs never fails to impress – and I'd happily see Adidas riff on the vast library of designs gathered here in future.
