Former Rangers loanee Abdallah Sima looks to have attracted interest from Champions League side Stade Brest.
The Senegalese forward impressed many at Ibrox last season racking up 18 goal contributions in 38 games in all competitions.
However, after suffering a hamstring injury while away at AFCON, Sima missed out on most of the games after the new year and upon returning to the squad suffered the same injury ending his season.
Rangers had potentially hoped to bring Sima back and have been speculated with another loan deal with Brighton.
Those hopes were lifted after Brighton’s opening Premier League game against Everton saw Sima left out of the matchday squad.
However, reports are coming out from various French outlets suggesting that Brest is keen on making an offer for Sima.
This is in the early stages though as no offer has officially been made to the south coast club.
