Matt O'Riley is edging closer to a record-breaking Celtic transfer exit to Brighton.
The Parkhead midfielder, 23, is expected to complete a move to the Premier League club in the next 48 hours.
O'Riley was linked with Atalanta and Southampton this summer but Brighton have emerged as frontrunners for his signature.
And The Celtic Way reports Brighton have tabled a £25m offer for O'Riley with a sell-on fee included in the deal.

It's understood Celtic will hold a 10 per cent sell-on clause as part of the deal with negotiations progressing this week.
Celtic had held firm on their valuation of the player with multiple Atalanta bids thrown out and Southampton withdrawing from the transfer race.
It's understood the transfer fee for O'Riley will eclipse the current transfer record for Celtic - Kieran Tierney's exit to Arsenal and Jota to Al-Ittihad.
