Celtic have reached an agreement with Sheffield United to sign American centre-back Auston Trusty.
The talented defender has successfully negotiated personal terms and is poised to sign a five-year contract with the Scottish champions.
Trusty, known for his solid defensive skills and versatility on the field, having also filled in at left-back, is expected to bolster Celtic’s backline as they aim for continued success in both domestic and European competitions.
Stay tuned for further updates as Trusty undergoes his medical in London and finalises the £6million move to Celtic Park before Friday’s transfer deadline.
