A Celtic star has been left chuffed after scoring and winning against Rangers on his son's birthday.
The two Glasgow sides battled it out in the first Old Firm clash of the season on Sunday, September 1, at Celtic Park in the East End.
The action-packed match finished with a 3 - 0 win for the Hoops, with goals scored by Daizen Maeda, Kyogo Furuhashi, and Callum McGregor.
After the game, Daizen took to Instagram to celebrate the win, however, he also revealed it was his son's birthday.
The 26-year-old Japanese winger then said he had been left 'happy' he gave his son the present of a 'victory and a goal'.
