Celtic are aiming to extend their domestic dominance into Europe with Champions League nights returning to Parkhead on Wednesday night.
Slovan Bratislava will be the Hoops’ first opponents, with Brendan Rodgers’ side eager to kick start their campaign with three points in front of Celtic Park's 60,000-strong home crowd.
With five league wins on the bounce, it has been an outstanding start to the season for the Scottish champions who have already opened up a five-point gap on rivals Rangers.
Speaking to the Monday Club Podcast, Kenny Miller said, “I don’t think the team or the club are in a great way. It’s not been a great start to the season.

“It was the worst time to get that O-d F-rm game. If you lose that then you’ve got two weeks of chat that people need to fill and they are all going to be talking about that last result. Unfortunately for Rangers at the moment, Celtic are moving away. That’s my genuine opinion and it hurts me to say it.
“When you look at the last couple of days of the transfer window, Celtic just flexed their muscles. They spent £11m then another £6m on the lad Auston Trusty as well.”
“And then they are on the bench for the game they are already winning 3-0 in, and by the way, it could have been more.”
Celtic boss Brendan Rodgers extended his impressive Glasgow Derby record with the most recent 3-0 triumph at the beginning of September, with 12 wins in 16 meetings with Rangers over his two spells at the club.
