Presenter Emma Dodds said on TNT Sports coverage of the Europa League tie that the striker was unable to travel to Sweden with his team-mates for the fixture.
Igamane has not been listed in the matchday squad for Rangers with Cyriel Dessers starting the European clash.

Rangers' next two matches in Europe are at home meaning Igamane should be in line to feature even if passport issues persist.
They face Lyon at Ibrox on October 3 before taking on FCSB on October 24.
