Celtic's brilliant win 3-1 over RB Leipzig has helped catapult Scottish football three places in the coefficient table which decides how many of our teams enter European competition.
Greece, Denmark and Switzerland all dropped below our game after Brendan Rodgers' men earned 0.4 points with a Champions League win.
It's an especially important moment as Scotland was in 16th place and only the top 15 nations receive two places in Europe's most lucrative football competition.
🚨 🏴 Scotland moved up to 13th place on the Country Ranking, as Celtic added them +0.400 points tonight!

Of course, there is plenty of football to be played and the ball is now in Rangers' court as they get set to face Olympiacos in Greece on Thursday night. Hearts will also have a big say as they look to continue their excellent start to the Conference League with a win over Germans Heidenheim.
It's one to watch as the season progresses with plenty of scope for the remaining three sides to perform well enough that Norway and Austria's positions in 11th and 12th respectively could be under threat.
