On-form Celtic goalkeeper Kasper Schmeichel has revealed when he expects contract talks to take place between his representatives and the club.
Brendan Rodgers signed the former Premier League winner with Leicester City during the summer.
He joined the Scottish Premiership champions as Joe Hart's replacement.
Without having much to do in the opening month or two of the season, Schmeichel has had to be called upon more often in recent games against RB Leipzig and Kilmarnock.
The Dane, 38, signed a one-year deal with the Hoops in the summer.
He has the option of a further year at Parkhead but insists he doesn't want to waste energy thinking about his contractual situation at the moment.
He told Tipsbladet: "One thing at a time. It is an option for another year, but we will take that at some point next year."

Continuing, speaking more generally about his time in Glasgow so far, the goalkeeping veteran added: "I am very satisfied. I have been playing really well and I love being part of the team.
"It's a cool style of play that we have, and it suits me really well. We've had a good start, but it's not about how you start. I can't complain.
"We play really good football. The past week has been typical for our team.
"In pre-season, we beat City and Chelsea, and then we took it further and beat Leipzig in the Champions League.
"We are in a good place and we can play many different types of matches.
"Anything but a victory is a failure. I feel super cool about that.
"It's a completely different type of pressure than what I've been used to in my career. It is a new experience."
