A Renfrew taekwondo club scored gold at the recent British Taekwon-Do Championships.
During the championships in Worcester, Phoenix Taekwon-Do Renfrew's Elena Poulos won a gold medal in individual sparring, silver in team patterns, and bronze in team sparring.
This adds to her wins at the Irish Championship and the Open Scottish Championship earlier this year.
Erin Spence won silver in team patterns, and James Allan secured a silver in team sparring.
Instructor Kev Wyllie, 54, also won a bronze medal after several challenging rounds.
Kev said: "These results are a testament to the hard work, determination, and skill of our competitors.
"Everyone gave their all, and I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve achieved this year.
"Now, our sights are firmly set on the World Championships, and we’re ready to take our training to the next level."
The club is now preparing for the 2025 World Championships at Braehead Arena on July 19 and 20.
