THERE was big news on the Scottish ice hockey scene on Tuesday as Braehead Clan announced a club re-brand.
The Elite League outfit have been reborn as Glasgow Clan, with a new logo to go with the name change ahead of the 2018/19 season.
Hockey and Operations Director Gareth Chalmers was on the scene to explain the changes to the Evening Times' Head of Sport Scott Mullen in this exclusive interview.
Fans can see the new-look Clan in action next month when they face Fischtown Penguins, Dresdner Eislowen and MAC Budapest at the Braehead Arena.
